MILTH was formed in 2020 when one mom said to another, “Hey, want to create a business together?” So they combined their different marketing skills and experience in social media to form a superior social marketing company. Unlike traditional companies, we have an actual foot in social media, which means we’re the first to hop on the trends, to get the platform updates, and to know what works (and what doesn’t). 

Ana Balich is a lawyer-turned-mother who has worked in digital marketing handling social media and influencers ever since. As an expert on all things social media, she’s here to ensure you get the results you want.

Jess Carpenter has been working remotely in digital marketing since the dawn of time (from the moment her first kid was born in 2016). From paid ads to social media, she’s here to give you the trends for the newest generations.

What Does MILTH mean?

MILTH stands for “Moms I’d Love To Hire.” We believe in the power that a woman, and a mother, has to offer in marketing spaces – especially when those companies are mother-focused or women-focused. Moms are responsible for 85% of household purchases, so if you aren’t already taking that into account, it’s time to. We mean what our name says. We’re the moms you’ll love hiring.
